Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
A plain-language summary of how paid Filetro subscriptions work.
Last updated: 30 August 2026Subscriptions are handled by Stripe
When you choose a paid Filetro plan, Stripe handles Checkout and payment processing. The exact price, currency, billing interval and any applicable tax are shown before you confirm payment.
Recurring billing
Unless the Checkout page says otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Stripe charges the payment method associated with the subscription.
Cancellation
You can cancel an eligible subscription through your Filetro account and Stripe's billing portal. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period.
If your payment fails or Stripe marks the subscription as unpaid, cancelled or otherwise inactive, Filetro may reduce the account to the access level associated with its current subscription status.
Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, subscription charges already collected are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or have another exceptional billing issue, contact Filetro support and include the email address used for the subscription.
Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights provided by consumer law in your country continue to apply.
Price changes and promotions
Filetro may change plan pricing or introduce promotional offers. Existing subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Stripe's billing process. Promotion codes may have separate eligibility, expiry or usage conditions.
Billing support
For payment or subscription issues, contact Filetro. Do not send full payment card numbers or sensitive authentication information by email.
